Paytm Launched in 2010, Paytm is an Indian e-commerce shopping website which is owned by One97 Communications. The company was initially focused on Mobile and DTH Recharging. Headquartered at Noida, India, this recharging and bill payment platform entered India's e-commerce market space in 2014, by offering a host of products spread across an extensive list of categories.

The Paytm wallet is an innovative concept introduced by Pytm.com. The paytm wallet functions just like your bank account where you can deposit money, make online purchases through pytm's home website or other pytm wallet approved websites. The Paytm wallet offers added convenience while shopping and offers an additional payment option in case you do not have your credit/debit card with you at the time of making an online transaction.

Pytm provides a slew of cash back offers on almost all categories. The user has to do use the promo code while ordering the product. Once the seller ships the order, the cash back will be credited to the pytm wallet. The amount in the pytm wallet can then be used for mobile recharges through the website and also for shopping for products on other sites like bookmyshow.com, zovi.com, etc.

There have been few issues in their cash back process, with regards to the delay in shipment from the supplier or due to the unavailability of products at the suppliers end. Barring few instances. Paytm.com has been high on customer satisfaction and is revolutionizing the payment system and gaining customer confidence.
