Honda Livo Reviews

Honda Livo an extra feather from Honda

Honda Livo, an extra feather on the Honda cap. The 110cc engine makes us compare it to the previous companion, CB Shine. Designed for the urban and the rural commuters, it promises to deliver expressive mileage. However, let us take closer look at the design, price and other features.

Honda Livo Looks - The first look of the Honda Livo will make you compare to the Honda CB Twister; however, a very simple yet sophisticated design, makes Honda Livo look different from its predecessors. The contrasting theme in the body colors gives it great look. This makes it very attractive and a commuter bike with a sporty look as the fuel tank is quite edgy and the colours scheme makes it look too good.

Livo Dimensions - The all new Honda Livo measures 2020 mm in length, 746 mm in width and 1099 mm in height. The ground clearance is 180mm and the wheelbase is 1285 mm. The Fuel tank capacity is 8.5 litre. The Kerb weight is 111 kg.

Engine & Gearbox - The Honda Livo is powered by the 110cc air-cooled 4-stroke SI engine, which is able to produce a maximum torque of 8.63 Nm @ 5500 rpm and a maximum power of 6.10 kW @ 7500 rpm. The 4-speed manual transmission is mated to the engine that gives you the maximum speed of 86 kmph. And the Honda Eco Technology is always a aid that no one needs to mention, giving out the mileage of 74 kmpl.

Suspension & Brakes - The Handling and the braking system in the Honda Livo is too good. You will be able to see that this bike is built on the diamond frame with the telescopic fork type in the front and spring loaded hydraulic shock absorbers at the rear. These suspension makes it smooth to ride in the city traffic and as said earlier, it is indeed a commuter’s bike. This is connected to the 130 mm drum brakes both at the front and at the rear. You also get an option of 240 mm disc brake at the front.

Livo Colour & Overview - With the new 3D Honda emblem on the fuel tank gives it good look and the large fuel tank enhances the overall look of the Honda Livo. Available in 6 colours, Honda has given good choice for its customers to select. The colours are - Sunset Brown Metallic, Athletic Blue Metallic, Black, Pearl Amazing White, Imperial Red Metallic and Matte Axis Grey Metallic. The design, the looks, the mileage, a perfect package, you get it at around Rs. 57,756 (On Road - varies from city to city).

I was so anxious that if I had my first bike then it would have to be from Honda. I am so happy that I have purchased Livo. The looks are so impressive that my girlfriend is happy that I made this choice. With the increasing rate of petrol, anyone would like to have bike that gives great mileage, and Livo gives me 65 kmpl. I am happy, but the seat is little uncomfortable.

Since the time I have purchased Honda Livo, i have got back pain and the seat is not at all comfortable. The driving position is not so good. So i would suggest Honda, if possible please change the seat design as it very uncomfortable and not good for the health of the riders. I am not at all happy with my choice of Honda Livo. Please please don’t buy, for the people who are of middle aged. It is my suggestion go for some other bike.

I had decided to buy Honda Livo as it had good looks, but as they say looks can be deceptive; I too faced the same issue. Carried away by the looks, I purchased the Honda Livo, but then the performance wasn’t expected out from Honda. The bike makes alot of noise and the seat is also not comfortable. I would suggest everyone that please do not get carried away by the looks and see for various options in this price range.

A very good bike. A complete bike with great looks and features. The best economy that Honda is giving by the all new HET. I am happy to get what had been promised to me by Honda. A affordable bike that fits in the budget so anyone who needs a good looking bike at average price then look Honda Livo. Good choice of colors available and the brakes options for you to select is also a good feature. I am in love with my new Honda Livo.

Honda Livo is best bike for Indian roads as the suspension is too good and the mileage is 50-60 kmpl on city roads. Honda Livo version is best looking in Honda bikes. The 110 cc engine is smooth with the new Honda Eco Technology. The performance is very good. The ECG (engine clutch gear) is also smoother than other bikes.

I have driven the Honda Livo on the worst roads and let me tell you that I had no bad experience as the hydraulic shock absorbers did not give any jerks to bike and the bike was also very smooth. As an economy person, I look for bike with good mileage and I am happy with the mileage also as it delivers the promised 74 kmpl. So please anyone looking for bike delivering good mileage, then go for Honda Livo.

I am completely disappointed with Honda Livo. The engine make much noise.Look is very good and the bike is also comfortable. Handle is small.I have got only 54-59 kmpl of mileage whereas I was promised 70. Seat is not so good as it is very hard. Suspension is very poor as the bike ride resulted in a back pain. I thought the mileage would improve after the service, but sorry to say, that even the service did not result in any kind of improvement.

Honda - the most trusted names in automobiles. And when I heard that Honda is launching Honda Livo, I delayed my decision of buying a bike and waiting for Livo to launch. I was looking for bike that gives good mileage, a good looking bike that I could take to college and trust me that when I bought the all new Livo, it made the heads turn on the roads and I was so happy that I bought Honda Livo. I also suggested all my friends to buy the same so that we all can have the same bikes in our gang.

Honda Livo is one of the best bikes in 110cc because it runs very smoothly in any road of rural or urban and its pick up is very high. The honda livo comes with great design and features and it has also combi brakes and self start. The bike doesn’t make any noise while riding or picking up high. The tyres are broad and its gives very good grip in any road condition. The seat is long so at least 3 people sit with comfortably on it, but don’t ride triples as it is not legal to ride that way. The fuel consumption is 65km /litre that is too good. I am happy about it.
